  I purchased and sold my house this past summer and had an opportunity to have Warren Chin as my real estate lawyer. I found Warren to be very easy going and personable. In a very short time, he was able to build and develop a very professional and trusting relationship between us. Warren was an excellent communicator and through him I got to understand some very technical meaning of legal terminology. He was able to advise and negotiate my case effectively and at the end my deal ran smoothly. Warren showed his commitment and dedication by returning my calls within minutes even when he was away in an overseas trip. I consider myself very lucky to have had Warren to represent me. I appreciate his sense of humor and his down to earth attitude which helped to keep my spirits high and boost my morale at a very busy and difficult time.

  The services is great and very professional. Since law clerk can speak mandarin, there is no language barrier.
