    Their insurance rates are OK if you fall under one of their university alumni negotiated rates. Customer service....good luck! Extremely long wait times when you need to call. Believe it or not, they also archaically also still route your calls based on your phone's AREA CODE!! So if you have a phone number from a different province than that which you want insurance, you'll get bounced around and wait each time.
