  Got ripped off. The service man said he replaced a part, upon further checking, the part was not replaced, got ripped off $100.00. He asked for cash so no receipt was provided. Vacuum still not working properly.

  After reading all online reviews. I decided to call you guys. Seemed like everyone was happy with the service and most important honesty. And after having dealt with Amati home systems for my central vacuum I am happy I did as well. Thank you so much for everything. I noticed your not a member "paying" to advertise here and your ranking is very good naturally. You didn't try to update me or steer me in the wrong directions. Solved the problem quickly and efficiently.
