    This retailer is just too old over priced and as of late unorganized... Most of the areas in the store need some love and care... And the merchandising is lacking... In my opinion they need to cut down on some of the products they carry and concentrate on their core offerings of cosmetics, clothes and accessories and home decor.

    This Bay looks slightly different from the one at Yorkdale mall. A comparable ghost town in comparison. But when they have their branded clothing on sale, what a bargain.

    From the beginning she had an attitude but I don't work at your store. I shouldn't be asked to grab merchandise that needs to put aside.

    Great sale and great customer service, I was helped by a lady her name is Gasia at the shoe department, she was very helpful with great smile on her face!
