    Rented a brand new CRV to Quebec City at Canada Day long weekend. Staff was accommodating for my late pick up, very professional.

    Friendly prompt service. Parking can be difficult; best to park on the side of the building.

    Places like Bristol, Enterprise and Avis can provide WAY BETTER customer service! I was only trying to rent a car and the Chinese guy kept on saying irrelevant things to get me to buy their insurance. I walked away and will never ever come back!
