  Finally, upon cashing out, when I went to leave a tip, I decided to leave a tip less than 10%. After I paid and everything, she proceeded to tell me that I had to pay at least a 10% extra tip, and made me pay the rest of the tip in cash to make up for whatever I didn't tip. I asked why they didn’t just add in an extra service charge of 10% on so that everyone has to at least tip 10%, but they just stared at me and didn't answer.

  I don't think this place is half bad! My friends and I ordered some dishes and man they were so good! We got the creep, lobster balls, squid balls, and the seafood udon. The board games are free so without paying for food, you can play with the board games... but I think it would be nicer if you did buy something. They have a variety selection of boardgames, and it's also a pretty chill place to hang out at.

  Servers can't speak English, and messed up our drinks 3 times. Then they kept asking us to order even though we were above the minimum charge. And the kicker? They charged us for more drinks than we had ordered. Horrible experience overall.

  Came with a friend. Had bubble tea and an app - which were okay. Bubble tea was ok, the takoyaki was better.

  My friends and I called ahead to reserve a table, and the waitress told us that she would reserve a table but only for 30minutes. We got there in 15 minutes and she told us that she gave our table away. To add insult to injury, after waiting 20 minutes and snagging the first table we saw, she told us we couldn’t sit at that table for long since it was a large table (a table for 6 and we had 4 people in our group) so we would have to relocate once a smaller table opened up.

  The only good part about the subpar service was that she took so long to even come over and take our order (45 minutes) that we almost didn’t have to buy anything (usually you are required to buy something every 3hours)

  Staff are nice and attentive. We just didn't like how we were asked to move when we were starting to eat because they wanted to have seats for 4 people and there were empty tables at the time.

  So all in all, go in with low expectations for service, but hopefully you'll have a better experience than I did.

  First time here, very bad experience overall. Took 45min for them to come around and ask for our order. I order special noodles and my friend orders popcorn chicken. We wait for what seems like an hour for the food to arrive. They bring my friend’s popcorn chicken and one of the pieces was visibly raw as well as cold. Not even after taking a bite, but clearly raw and pink on the outside. We bring this to the waiter’s attention, they cancel the charge and they offer to take her order again. Meanwhile, I’m still waiting for my food. My friend reorders and goes to order the noodles and they proceed to tell her they’re out of noodles. I ask about the noodles I had ordered as they didn’t inform me they were out at the time they placed my order. They reaffirm that they are out of noodles so I’m going to have to order something else. Me and another friend each place orders of the same fried rice. My friend orders another plate of the same popcorn chicken. The fried rice came and it tasted okay but my friend found a piece of plastic in his so they canceled his charge too. At this point we’re getting very frustrated. My friend’s chicken comes and one of the pieces looks like it has a bite taken out of it. We start to think that it’s the same plate of chicken they had served us earlier. We bring this to the manager’s attention and she does not dispute that it looks like there is a bite taken out of it. She offers to leave this plate of chicken on the floor next to our table while they prepare us another one to assure that the same chicken will not be served. We are all very frustrated, ask for our bills and leave.
